Once you place your order, we call you to confirm your shipping details such as address, contact details etc.

We ship the same day/next day except sundays and government holidays.

We will arrange pick up from you and process your refund/exchange once we receive the product back from you.

Barcodes need to be intact to process any returns/exchange.

Refunds will only be done in case you have received defective product and we are not able to exchange it with the same fresh product.

For all other cases, exchange will be done or store credit will be given to you with one year validity.
