Return policy

In case you wish to return the fresh product for any reason, inform us with in 7 days on whatsapp +91-7991602014 or e mail us on csdazzlesjewellery@gmail.com We will arrange pick up from you and process your refund/exchange once we receive the product back from you. Barcodes need to be intact to process any returns/exchange. Refunds will only be done in case you have received defective product and we are not able to exchange it with the same fresh product. For this You need to inform us with in two days of receiving the defective product. Unpacking video would be necessary for defective/missing products! For all other cases, exchange will be done only one time or store credit will be given to you with one year validity.
