Barcodes need to be intact to process any returns/exchange. Refunds will only be done in case you have received defective product and we are not able to exchange it with the same fresh product. For this You need to inform us with in two days of receiving the defective product. Unpacking video would be necessary for defective/missing products! For all other cases, exchange will be done only one time or store credit will be given to you with one year validity.
